L&rsquo;espace anciennement occup\u00e9 par le th\u00e9\u00e2tre Firmin G\u00e9mier a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 pour devenir une place \u00e9l\u00e9gante, conviviale, embl\u00e9matique, d\u00e9volue aux pi\u00e9tons, sans voitures, o\u00f9 les habitants pourront se r\u00e9unir et se d\u00e9tendre \u00e0 une terrasse de restaurant ou de caf\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conception du projet, qui comprend 20 logements \u00e0 l&rsquo;architecture contemporaine et 4 espaces commerciaux en rez-de-chauss\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;agence d&rsquo;architecture Tom Darmon Architecture. Pour habiller et embellir l&rsquo;ensemble, le choix du rev\u00eatement ext\u00e9rieur s&rsquo;est port\u00e9 sur <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dev2.polycor.com\/fr\/pierres\/pierre-de-sebastopol-fine\/\">la pierre de S\u00e9bastopol<\/a><\/b>, extraite dans notre carri\u00e8re de Saint-Vaast dans l&rsquo;Oise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Livr\u00e9 en 2021, cet ensemble r\u00e9sidentiel \u00e0 \u00e9chelle humaine et commercial s&rsquo;int\u00e8gre d\u00e9j\u00e0 pleinement au sein du quartier.
